Abode Hua Hin – Guest Services Agreement

This Guest Services Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which services are provided by Abode Hua Hin (“Abode”) to guests (“Guest”). By making a booking or payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Abode provides hospitality services including accommodation, food & beverage, pool club access, and events. Payments relate to services rendered, not physical goods.

2. Accommodation

Temporary use of a furnished apartment for confirmed dates, including access to shared facilities.

3. Food & Beverage

On-site dining and bar services provided at Bloom Restaurant and Treehouse Bar.

4. Pool Club

Access to pool facilities for the agreed date and time. Access is non-transferable.

5. Events & Functions

Venue hire, catering, bar service, and coordination may apply. Separate agreements may govern specific events.

6. Payments

Payments may be required in advance. Certain rates are non-refundable as disclosed at booking.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Policies vary by service and rate type and are disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect staff, other guests, and property rules. Abode reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct.

9. Liability

Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Abode is not liable for loss of personal belongings unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.
